Our History
We are a company specialized in Healthcare at Home, with two decades of experience in the sector. Our trajectory began in 2006, with the vision of providing excellent care in a family environment, where we already believed that the recovery of each individual would be more effective compared to institutionalization. What started as a vision of proximity care has transformed into a unique complete home health structure. Over the years, we have expanded our services to respond to Home Support Services (SAD) to meet the needs of our users, families, clients and partners. Our commitment remains unwavering: to ensure that each user receives the best care, with dignity, respect and professionalism.
Pioneers in Healthcare at Home in Portugal
Reabilitar em Casa was a pioneer in providing Healthcare at Home, by being the first company in the country to establish agreements with multiple public and private subsystems in specialized care, ensuring a national response structured to people's needs in the comfort of their home(s). First with the Social Services of Portugal Telecom, then with the Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, followed by the Social Services of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, several Insurance Companies, Armed Forces, ACP and many more. We are partners of some of the most important Institutions in Portugal, we collaborate in several projects and more recently Reabilitar em Casa became a co-founder of a sectoral association, AEPAD - Association of private home care companies. This project was born with the fundamental purpose of dignifying and professionalizing the home care sector, establishing new standards of excellence and recognition for the area.

To consolidate a future where home care, regardless of age, is synonymous with dignity, allowing each person to receive excellent care in the place where they feel safest, their home. To dignify home care in Portugal through collaboration with Associative and Representative Entities of the sector.
