Home Hospitalization consists of a hospital care model for acute patients, characterized by the provision of differentiated care in the post-hospital discharge period. It is intended for acute patients with high complexity pathology but with the possibility of hospital admission at home. After assessing the patient's condition to analyze their complexity, a therapeutic plan is established to be implemented by the multidisciplinary team. Complexities vary between: high, medium and low complexity (with or without ventilation). We humanize care, offering differentiated hospital-level treatment in the comfort of your home.
